1. Information provided by the Client:
1.1. When submitting a request on the website www.alwark.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the Client provides the following information: surname, first name, telephone number, and email address.
1.2. By providing their personal data, the Client agrees to its processing by ALWARK Ukraine LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) for the purpose of enabling the Seller and/or its partners to fulfil their obligations to the Client, sell goods and provide services, provide consultations, reference information, commercial offers, timely information about the company’s activities, as well as for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services. 2.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer information received from the Client to third parties. The provision of information by the Seller to agents and third parties acting under an agreement with the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the Client and solely within the framework of such agreements shall not be considered a violation. The transfer by the Seller of anonymised Client data to third parties for the purpose of evaluating and analysing the operation of the Website, analysing the Client’s company and providing personalised recommendations shall not be considered a violation of this clause.
