Alwark, operating in Ukraine and the Baltic countries, has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Willenbrock Baltic OÜ and Multitruck OÜ, companies well known in the Estonian market for heavy machinery and warehouse equipment.
This step allows Alwark not only to strengthen its position in the region, but also to significantly expand its portfolio of solutions for customers.
Willenbrock Baltic specializes in the sale, rental, and servicing of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, while Multitruck focuses on the supply of heavy machinery, specifically Konecranes equipment.
By combining the companies’ expertise, customers in Estonia will gain access to a wider selection of equipment, comprehensive service, and more flexible solutions for logistics, warehouses, and industrial facilities.
As a result of the transaction, Alwark is taking another strategic step toward creating a strong regional hub for the supply and service of heavy machinery in Northern Europe, and also represents Linde and Konecranes in Ukraine.
