A typical shift begins at five in the morning. Tension rises among specialists responsible for the forklift fleet: dozens of trucks must be loaded and unloaded within a short period, while production lines need to start without delays. Which drivers and forklifts are currently available? How can battery charging cycles and peak loads on the power grid be planned efficiently? In which warehouse or production areas do potential risks exist due to high traffic intensity involving equipment and personnel?

Bringing together information from different driver assistance systems creates greater process transparency and improves operational control: users receive instant notifications, personalized messages, and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs). With myLinde, you always have full control over your fleet and drivers. You can define a validity period for each driver and set the period during which they may use a specific vehicle. In addition, the warehouse can be divided into different zones, and both equipment and drivers can be assigned to the relevant areas.
Management functions help organize fleet operations. Import driver data, create new driver profiles, define maximum speed, and set the validity period of driver licenses. The program automatically notifies you when a license needs renewal or when a medical examination is required.
